Never in her wildest dreams did Mrs Kay think we would squeeze all this in and also provide her with some new fitted bespoke wardrobes…But we did!!!
As you can see from the pictures the job was quite involved and also required replacing the roof rafters, as we had to remove a purlin to open up the area. To remove the soil stack a Dergo valve was fitted.
Following building regulations the whole area required 100mm of insulation fitting to keep it nice and warm up there, along with two Velux windows an extractor fan spot light was fitted to ensure good ventilation.
The flooring is of course Altro Marine, anti slip flooring for wet areas. This was layed onto a graded shower tray and ply board to ensure a leak proof seal.
Mrs kay was extremely happy with the finished job and has since recommended 360bs to others.
The 360bs team undertook all work.
"We are so happy with our new wet room, it’s made our life so much easier as we can now have visitors stay and still have the privacy of our own bathroom.
Although the project was so large 360bs were keen to make as little disturbance on our life as possible, every night someone would clean up and make sure the work area was sealed off so we could carry on our evening in a clean environment.
Not only do we think we got value for money for the work involved but we are sure we have increased the value of our home. We will and have use 360bs again."
